Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
We have fresh salmon from a recent fishing trip to Alaska and are always looking for different ways to prepare it. This is my favorite recipe so far ! We used what we had on hand..canola oil instead of peanut and didn't not use the sesame oil..also sprinkled a little montreal steak seasoning on before cooking. We took the advice of another reviewer and made the sauce w/ a little white wine...it really made the dish. This is a keeper for sure.
