Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Loved this recipe...but I did make some changes in it. I didn't wrap the chicken in bacon I also thought it would make them too greasy so I put bacon in the stuffing mix instead. Cut into small pieces. I also added some scallions, mushrooms and olive oil. For the tops of the chicken I made and coating out of rosemary, basil, tyme, pepper to taste, tbl sppon of butter and olive oil and poured over chicken...all I have to say is yum :)
