Grilled Marinated Swordfish
Simple, easy to prepare and DELICIOUS! I made it with Ono instead of swordfish. - worked out great!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
This was the BEST and EASIEST recipie I have found on this site so far. The biggest challenge was finding the Hawaiian Sea Salt. (Got it at Henry's Market) Prepare it exactly as written and you will love it!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
The kids loved it! My wife was not sure about the nuts at first, but she did like them once she tasted it.
