Salmon Patties II
Really good, quick and very easy. Just like we remembered as kids. No wonder our kids liked it too! For all those needing a little something extra, try chopping some onion to taste into the mix.

Simple Baked Apples
Really great, not too sweet. Next time will go a bit lighter on the cloves, a bit more cinnamon and spread some brown sugar on top. We also put some butter on top before baking. Overall, a definite do-again. Bring on some vanilla ice cream with it too!
