Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce
I followed many of the suggestions in the reviews. I used fresh roma tomatoes, but I think it was a little bland. Hubby liked it more than I did. I'm not a huge fan of jarred artichokes, which probably affected my enjoyment of this recipe. If I made it again, I would use freshly grated parmesan instead of the pre-grated stuff in the container.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Although hubby really enjoyed this, I found it to be pretty bland and didn't think much for the cream of mushroom alfredo sauce. I even used garlic whole wheat linguini, sauteed the chicken with garlic and spices, and added sauteed fresh mushrooms. I probably won't make this again.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork
I loved this, hubby liked it (but he's fussy so he doesn't count). One of the best dinners I've ever made. I incorporated many of the comments from other reviewers. I browned the pork loin in oil, garlic, pepper first. Although I used onion in the sauce, I removed it at the end (4 hours on high) since neither one of us like it. I thickened the sauce with flour and used it as a gravy. So tender and tasty! This is a keeper and I will be making it again. Did I say how easy it is? I served it with cornbread and steamed asparagus. I only used a 1.5 lb pork loin.
