I want to be the Dane Cook of the culinary world. I can have a very pestimistic outlook on certain situations in life. I'm very blunt and brutally honest. I'm not wanting to be your cookie cutter chef (no pun intended) I like to look at myself as the rockstar in the kitchen. Don't know yet - I'll get back to you on that. Baking is definately my stronger area at the moment and it tends to run in the family. I made Martha Washingtons last year for Christmas. I'm pretty sure to some its not anything to revel about, but it was special to me. Put me in the kitchen and that should be enough lol.
