I want to be the Dane Cook of the culinary world. I can have a very pestimistic outlook on certain situations in life. I'm very blunt and brutally honest. I'm not wanting to be your cookie cutter chef (no pun intended) I like to look at myself as the rockstar in the kitchen.

I made Martha Washingtons last year for Christmas. I'm pretty sure to some its not anything to revel about, but it was special to me.
