Italian grandmother, need I say more? We cooked anything and everything, Italian or not. I love to cook, hate to clean up my mess! Depends on my mood. Anything that challenges me. I've come so far that I like to make every recipe my own now. A little tweak here and there. I'll make it to the letter once and unless it is perfect, I'm taking notes and working to improve it. Dinner Rolls from scratch, lasagne, cooking with members of my family...my hubby, my kids, my mom, my brothers and sisters. While at a restaurant, I try to order what I cannot make at home. I'm running out of things to order. My All-Clad cookware has been instrumental in making this happen. Because of my computer addiction, I have burnt noodles.
