Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
the recipe is amazing but you absolutely have to be finicky about the cut of lamb you use.

Sour Cream Pork Chops
i followed the recipe to a "T" and it was amazing. the only thing i did differently was that i used thin pork chops. this was so good i was disappointed there wasn't more! i will definitely make this again and will be using regular pork chops so that there's more next time!
