Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I made this chicken and my Family absolutely loved it as did I. This is an over and over recipe and it makes a pretty plate.I served it with Brown Rice and Italian String Beans. I wish I could give it 10 stars

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I made this dip. I was not thrilled it was good but not being a fan of mayo it stood out to me and overwhelmed the cream cheese. I will make it again and will change the mayo to 1/2 cup and do as the another rater and add breadcrumbs to give it and additional crunch besides the bagel crisps I did use.
