I didn't add any butter after reading other reviews of it being fine without it. I just greased the pan with a thin layer of butter then coated the potato's in a little olive oil. Everyone liked them. I could't even taste the ranch on them though? Could be because I had to let them sit covered for about 30 minutes waiting for the BBQ to be done. The ranch got soaked into the potato's I guess. Only the flavor should have still been there. Next time I might try a packet of ranch seasoning. I also added crumbled bacon and green onion on the side. If I use the ranch seasoning pack next time, I think I will also have some sour cream on the side.

I thought this was great. Loved the cranberries in it. Gave it 4 stars because I thought the dressing was a bit think. Next time will add more water, but very tasty
