Crustless Spinach Quiche
I made this for a quick breakfast. It is perfect. I made them is serving sizes and froze them. We take them from the freezer, heat in the microwave and have a quick hot breakfast on the run

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
this is great. I need to pound the chicken a little thinner but we will definately have it again. I cant wait to make it for company.
