My favorite things to cook
Right now it is Mexican. Trying to shop local and have several producers near by that have Elk, Bison, and Texas longhorn meat. Want to focus on those meats this winter.
My favorite family cooking traditions
New Years eve we have: Beef tenderloin w/peppercorn sauce, wild rice, asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
My cooking triumphs
Cooked for my parents 50 anniversary openhouse. No one went away hungry.
My cooking tragedies
I have been very lucky in the 35 yrs of cooking. Only one Grouse ended up being cremated.
