Fresh Asparagus Soup
I left a little of the aspargus puree back and added it at the end. It really perked up the color and gave it a nice texture.

Cerveza and Lime Marinade for Shrimp and Fish
I used it on Shrimp Kabob's for a party and got rave reviews and several requests for the recipe. I backed off on the onions though.
