Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
great recipe! I used the yellow version, and per suggestion I used oil rather than shortening, same amount. It turned out wonderful. Thanks!

Cream Cheese Finger Cookies
Pretty good, I was off in the measurments because I have those crappy measuring cups that the numbers wear off. Still, I liked it.. I made smaller logs, and I might have had a touch less flour. Thanks, it was nice and simple.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
OMG YUM.. I am eating a piece now, and I have to tell you. I was short two eggs so I had to substitute with applesauce, and I used margarine instead of butter. Yet, its STILL good.. surprisingly moist, sweet. You don't need glaze for this one folks.
