I work full time and usually have company be it the kids, neighbors, family or the whole gang. I am constantly searching for new and easy cooking ideas, that will wow people. I love to barbecue, make appetizers and dinners. Baking I only do around xmas. cookies at christmas, polish sausage cooked overnight in a low oven and ready on holiday mornings. I have had many, I love to cook. Have also had many, probably burning things on the bottom of a pot, like red beans and rice, ruins the whole dish!
