Best Ever Muffins
Very good basic muffin recipe. I love how you can add different ingredients to make it your own. I prefer the plain recipe. I also used ener-g egg replacer and it worked great.

Fast Creamy Tomato Penne
I loved this recipe. Since I'm vegetarian I left out the meat, but I did add veggies. Great taste and quick meal. Would make again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This was a great recipe. Good taste and nice and fluffy. I did use ener-g egg replacer for the egg and it turned out great. Will use this recipe again.
