I personally eat a pretty strict diet of greens and salmon and just very healthy overall.I love to bake, which is ironic.I usually do it for fun as a hobby, but I give it all away.I will try the dough, and maybe one cookie to check them.I worked in a Mexican Restaurant for 15 years in Ca, which is where I learned the love of Mexican food.I can whip up some good stuff in a whim! My favorite, guacamole and pico de gallo! Persol life...I am a divorced (single) mother of 4, for 3 years now.I am an esthetician, which is a skin care technician.I do facials, chemical peels and waxing basically.I have a crazy cult that calls me the brow diva (Anastasia) of Wilmington!I love what I do, and I'm great at it!I put great anal pride in everything that I do.I love life, I love my kids, I love my job and my friends.I am blessed to have what I have, and I'm a happy person, and very fun!My friends range from 18-57!I do shark cage swims with the 57yr old, to Heavy Metal concerts with the 21yr old! My favorite thing to bake is cookies and cheesecakes. People will give me a request and even make it up...I go home and create it. Only do my few special favorites in my life will I do this for nowadays! I do, however, love to bake different kinds of cheesecakes. My favorite will always be the plain old New York Style, thick and gooey. My other favorite thing to do is barbecue. Since I moved to the south, I learned that California grills food, the south barbecues! I learned to smoke a butt! I love indirect cooking, ahhh the smell is devine! I like to create different hamburgers with turkey or beef. Hey, even smoked bologna is pretty good! I am a single mom and I have a huge cooker and a nice smoker! I have been know for my cookie baking since I was in high school.I have a cheesecake recipe that I got at age 17, and I still use it today! (that would be since 1978) My kids have always been included in the baking and cooking since they were able. My oldest son, age 21, now competes with me on who can make the best cheesecake. I was discovered by Enterprise Rent a car in southern CA. They used to bring goodies to each of their clients. One day they had one of mine since there was a plateful of my cookies in the office. They offered me to bake their cookies for them. At that time I had two babies, worked til midnight, came home and baked 10-15 dozen cookies a couple nights a week, and have them delivered to Enterprise by 8am! Dang, I look back and I think I must have been crazy! Since I had 2 more children, I kept the baking to their classes at school. I have a habit of baking when it rains! It just feels right to me! Oh, wow! I forgot the eggs in a cheesecake once! I am notorious for burning the last tray of cookies. In my head, 'I'm done finally' kicks in. I put it in and forget to set the timer because I'm so busy cleaning my kitchen. I can't stand a messy kitchen.If my cookies are even slightly more brown than they should be, I throw them away so nobody sees them! Bad!
