To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I followed the recipe exactly, filling the muffin cups to the top, as it instructed. They stuck so bad that they were a mess by the time I got them out. They tasted good, but disregard the fill them to the top directions. I may try this again, only with less.

Stephanie's Freezer Spaghetti Sauce
I loved that this was a nice big batch! Uses up lots of tomatoes! I just ran mine thru the juicer and then used 16 cups of juice for the recipe. I also added the tomato paste, which added just the right amount of thickness and then canned it. I cut the amount of sugar, as I don't care for a sweet sauce, but that is just personal preference. Easy, tasty! Hubby said better than you get in a restaurant!

Venison and Barbequed Bean Bake
My husband, who isn't that crazy about venison, LOVED this and ate about 5 servings! It was very good! I followed the recipe exactly, except for adding some garlic powder. I was a little nervous about the brown sugar and molasses making it too sweet, but it tasted fine. Might try cutting them both in half next time to see if it is still as good with half the sweeteners.
