As can be seen by the size of this slice, this recipe serves way more than 6 people. Since ricotta comes in 15 oz containers, I just used the whole container and omitted the sour cream in place of the recipe's 1.5 cups ricotta+1cup sour cream. I only had dried parsley on hand, and it still tasted amazing -- I can only imagine how much better it would taste with fresh (or a combo)!
