Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
This is excellent...I don't like garlic too much so I just put a clove in the inside of each hen along with the lemon and the rosemary and that's it. It was pretty flavorful and moist. I doubled the mixture of broth and wine as someone else suggested and that worked well. I will be cooking this again....over and over again...delicious!
