Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
Simply put.... my husband said this was the best Chicken I had ever cooked! I doubled the spices like everyone else, added a celery stalk and an apple to the cavity. Put butter slices under the skin and OMG! was it ever good! I was going to make gravy and didn't have any flour, so I added some milk, a little more of the ground clove spice and all spice and boiled it for about 5 minutes and it was awesome!
