Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine
This bread is by far THE BEST!!! Excellent texture & flavor. I love the small (shorter) loaves. Cuts beautifully for sandwiches. I used AP flour not cake flour and it came out great. I also added 1T APF after 5 min of kneading as dough looked a bit wet. TURNED OUT GREAT!!!! This is a staple bread in our home!!!!

Maple Whole Wheat Bread
A SUPERIOR LOAF!!! I followed the directions exactly and it turned out great!!!! MUST USE REAL MAPLE SYRUP!!!! I can't imagine anyone actually using an artificially flavored syrup, the purist in me requires me to say this!! Did turn out light as opposed to other WW breads. Will make again and again, will be a home counter staple!!

Ultimate Gulf Coast Gumbo
Excellent Sha !!! The only thing I did different is add 1/2 C chopped flat leaf Parsley, 1/2 c Green Onion. I also used bacon drippings and made up the difference w/ the oil. I would have used all drippings if I had it!! This is an excellent base recipe as well, just sub whatever meat you want and ALWAYS use Andouille sausage!!
