Zucchini Patties
Great recipe. I added 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs though to give a little more body to the patties. We're terrific! Made a triple batch and everyone loved them.

Simple Marinara Sauce
This was a great easy marinara. I used it as a sauce for my summer zucchini patties. Yummy!
