White Chocolate Fruit Tart
About this Cook
I'm only 19 years old but I figured I should learn how to cook before I live on my own! I don't want to end up eating pizza and Ramen Noodles on a regular basis when I have my place. I enjoy cooking but I have a lot to learn.
My favorite things to cook
Stir fry, italian, BBQ. I also like to bake.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well, my mom's not a big cook so we don't have many! Since I am from England I would have to say I love my moms Shepard's Pie.
My cooking triumphs
I made a White Chocolate Fruit Tart today, to mark the beginning of my quest to become a good cook!
My cooking tragedies
Hmm...usually whenever I decide I want to make something without a recipe.

White Chocolate Fruit Tart
This was a fantastic dessert! I'm only a beginner and it was fairly easy to make. There was a little of everything left over in the end which could be used to make tartlets. I used all the fruit that was used in the original recipe plus some blueberries. I noticed the crust was quiet hard though- which may be because I should have taken it out of the refrigerator sooner. I have a picture of the finished dish on my profile! Thank you for sharing this dessert- I'm sure this won't be the last time I use it.
