Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
I will be making this again and again. We are garlic lovers in our house so I had to triple the garlic quantity. Otherwise it tasted just like the garlic mashed potatoes I have eaten at steak houses!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
This is a great melding of soy and garlic. This sauce would work well with other veggies too.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
The hens were moist and cooked up well, yet did not have as much flavor as I expected. I will probably try this again, but with more seasoning on the hen.
