Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Could easily become my favorite cookie! The only problem that I found with the recipe, was that it did definitely need more of a coffee flavor. I would probably add less chocolate chips the next time I make them, but these cookies were really good. They are now my Grandma's favorite cookie! Thanks for the great recipe!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Absolutely amazing! I cooked the fish according to the package at 350f for 20 minutes, then spread the parmesan mixture over it and broiled it for 2 more minutes. SO GOOD!! I received many compliments, and I quote: "Like something that you would get at a restaurant."

Grandma's Baked Rice Pudding with Meringue
Pretty good, I think that it needed a little more lemon juice. It took way too long to cook, but the effort was well worth it!
