Hi my name is Erica. I'm 26. I love to cook! I especially love to cook new things for my Boyfriend. I have found myself coming to this site for ideas on cooking dinner and also baking desserts. I consider myself to be a good cook and I am not afraid to whip something up that I never tried before. OMG--anything with chicken!!! I pretty much love beef to turkey to sea food. I am not a fan of the pork meat! I can too bake! lol Well... one year I was in charge of baking cookies for thanksgiving dinner... they came out so hard that if I chucked it at someones head it would probably knock them out! LOL this was back in '05. It was awful, I don't know what I did wrong. It was the first time I had ever baked. Because of that, I didn't bake again until just recently! I had the mentality that I couldn't bake and I changed that by searching a recipe on here. I found an amazing recipe... search for Chewy Brownie Cookies. You won't be disappointed...it was a hit and my Boyfriend at them up!!!
