Tater Tot Bake
I've been making this casserole for years & had to tweak it because it was too bland. I season my ground beef with Lipton dry onion soup mix, along with garlic powder & freshly ground black pepper. After the meat is browned & drained, I omit salt, then add the dry onion soup mix, garlic, & pepper into it & mix well while meat is still hot. The seasonings really stand out if seasoned after the meat is cooked. To this I also add a small can of white corn,a small can of mushrooms drained, then I add the soups. I use 1 can of roasted garlic mushroom, & 1 can of cream of broccoli, to almost 1 can of milk. I sprinkle this with sharp cheddar & monterey jack cheeses, top with tater tots, & sprinkle tots with a little more garlic powder & pepper, & a dash paprika for color. It doesnt last more than 1 day in my house. lol!
