I'm a huge cooking fan and food lover. Love to cook, love to eat, love to collect recipes. And oh, isn't this website like a gold mine? ;) So difficult to choose one particular thing... hmm, chilli, sea food chowder, quiche lorraine, lasagne, chocolate chip cookies. There's so many of them! ;) Love the Christmas Eve supper tradition in Poland. Best memory of my childhood. Lots of fabulous regional dishes...Oh, so good can't find words to describe it. Last New Year I made an amazing Chocolate Cake. It included dark, very rich chocolate, whipped cream and marshmallows (!)which were combined into fabulous, light mousse which was then spread over a brownie-like base and some cherries (that were earlier soaked in alcohol!). I swear, my guests were fighting for it! ;) Once, for my Birthday I think, I decided to invited some girlfriends over for dinner and desserts. I wanted to try out my new cheesecake recipe. Although the cheesecake stayed in the oven for over an hour it was still raw inside when I cut the first piece. It looked kind of disgusting... I was so embarassed...
