Hey everyone! My name is Summer and I have a beautiful 9 year old daughter in 4th grade named Autumn, A wonderful husband named Bill, A dog, a cat and a betta fish! Im a Resturant Manager, cook, maid, mommy, and gardener! I love mexican and asian foods. I am the best as baking. Everyone loves my desserts, and that is my dish of choice when going to dinner gatherings. Nothing too unique. My daughter and I enjoy cooking together, and once every month or so we all sit around the kitchen table and have foundue night! Every christmas I make my famous chocolate covered pretzels, place them in pretty tins and give them to friends and family. Chocolate covered pretzels, Cheesecakes of all kinds, pretty much any kind of dessert. I love no bake cookies... but when I make them they usually turn out too dry and crumble apart... its either hit or miss with that recipe!
