Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
Great banana bread, did not change a thing to recipe. Recipe makes two loafs so wrapped one tight in Saran wrap, foil and a zip lock and stuck it in the freezer, should keep for two months. The other one should be good in the fridge for up to a week wrapped the same. My Mom gave me this advice :)

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
Did not follow this recipe since I worked with what I had in the kitchen. I used Kens steak house Tomato vinaigrette dressing instead of balsamic vinegar and I used sesame seeds instead of sesame oil. Turned out ok, liked the flavor, but removing the skin from a whole chicken is not some thing I will be doing again. I usually use boneless and skinless chicken breasts and when I do use a whole chicken it is with skin on.

Spinach Lasagna III
Made this with out the spinach since I did not have fresh spinach on hand. My husband loves ricotta in his lasagna and I am not a fan. This lasagna was the first I have liked with Ricotta. The only extra I added was Johnny's Garlic Spread & Seasoning (seasoning bought at Costco good for many recipes) to the Ricotta mixture. And I used about half of what was called for in Ricotta since I did not have 3 cups on hand.
