Eggnog Quick Bread
I wish I had read the modifications others used. Mine was dry and the rum extract seems too overpowering. I think I will try again with applesauce, that always makes my other breads so moist.

Pumpkin Bread IV
Moist and delicious. I used "no sugar added" applesauce instead of oil and reduced the sugar by one cup. Thanks for sharing this recipe Cheryl, we love it.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
Our family made a New Year's Resolution to eat healthier so for the past few months we have avoided the fast food scene. However, this past weekend we were all craving a thick juicy burger. I was about to give in when I found this recipe. The only change I made was to sauté the onions and garlic together first. I put them on the grill and they turned out great, even to a family of junk food junkies! Ha! Thanks for helping us stay on track. I would definitely make these again.
