Angel Chicken Pasta
We LOVE this recipe! I wish I could give it more stars. It is so delicious. The secret is the italian dressing packet, I never even though of using that before, but I love it. I use chicken stock instead of wine and the recipe turns out fabulous every time. Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This was way too heavy for my taste. Frying the chicken and then layering it in cheese and creamy sauce made for a dish that was too heavy for dinner. I won't make it again.

Ham and Cheese Puffs
These were pretty good. I would make them when I go to an event, but not really for snacks around the house.
