Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

I also added onion and some carrots. Real good with cheese and sourcream on top. Probably wouldnt make black bean soup again. Its ok but no my thing.

Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

They were ok but I feel less veggies would be better. A bit plainer would bring out more of the crab taste.
