Blackened Salmon Fillets
i have never ever tried a recipe that worked as splendidly as this one did. it even LOOKED like the picture when i was done! this was an amazing meal! i would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. i now make this meal at least once a week!!

Blackened Chicken
this is the worst recipe i have tried in a long time! i followed the directions perfectly...and by the time the chicken was done, it was inedible.
