Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
Our new standard when we have overripe bananas! Did what others recommended: 1 cup sugar, 3 bananas, soda instead of powder, 1 cup chips and added a "glug" of vanilla. I never have to scrounge for a banana bread recipe again!

The Best Potato Salad
The perfect blend of creaminess and tang! I cooked the potatoes and the eggs together in the same pot. A real times saver. Didn't have the optional ingredients, but this dish was wonderful anyway. Will definitely add to the salad repertoire!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII
Moist, chocolatey cookie. I added 2 tsp. oil and 1 tsp. vanilla. This recipe yielded 32 cookies and took 14 minutes to bake. Quantity wise, I think the recipe would been more satisfying in cupcake form.
