Tiramisu Cheesecake
The cheesecake itself had a great texture! I did not taste the tiramisu aspect of it though. I made a chocolate ganache and poured it over the cheesecake. It was so good..on the way home from work i was thinking about taking a bit!

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce
The filling was great! We loved it. The won tons how ever kept falling apart..we had to play around with their shapes a bit. I only had ground sage so i cannot comment on the sauce. Paired it with steaks and english peas. Overall very good..will pass along to family :)

Basic Crepes
This is def my go to recipe for crepes (Been using it for a LONG time)..i usually fill them with Nutella and some fruit but it is also great with some eggs/sausage. Like another reviewer i mixed all the wet ingredients first then added the dry. My family loves it!
