I am 24 years old, born and raised just outside of Atlanta, GA. Have been working in restaurants since I was 13. I have always loved cooking, especially watching my dad growing up. I have been a line cook and sous chef at many restaurants. I am currently working towards a Bachelors in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University. Unfortunately as a cook I rarely measure anything, but I will submit more recipes very soon. I will submit anything by request that is derived from southern or mexican cuisine.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that is authentic. Authentic mexican (i.e., beef cheek tacos with cilantro, onion, and lime juice), any asian cuisine, especially red curry.
