Southern Peach Cobbler
Following advice of others, I baked this in my large casserole dish rather than my 2 qt to avoid a soggy middle and it turned out great! I also used 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown and added about a teaspoon of cinnamon to the flour mixture. This was so good, I had to keep myself from eating it all!
