Seven-Up(TM) Cake II
This recipe was given to me by a friend. I made it last night, the first time for a bundt cake. I was very disappointed. I baked it at 325 for almost 2 hours. The outside was crusty and the inside wasn't quite done.

Scones
WOW! I have a bed and breakfast and needed a quick bread. I found this recipe and it was on the table within a little more than 1/2 hour. I didn't add all the liquid. I added the egg to the 1 c milk and beat it. I added as much liquid as I needed. I was left with 1/3 c liquid. I also used 2 cup of white flour and 1 cup bleached whole wheat flour as I am beginning to do with most of my recipes, usually adding 50% bleached ww flour. I should add that I used a juice glass as my "cookie cutter." Using a food processor made incorporating the butter, child's play. EXCELLENT! THANKS FOR SHARING!

Chocolate 'N' Oat Bars
YUM! I have a bed and breakfast. I made this for our guests and just left the pan out. TWO PEOPLE ate HALF this recipe! A KEEPER!
