Marinated Baked Pork Chops
I'm not one who measures when cooking (unless baking) but I mixed all ingredients called for into a slightly thick sauce. Season salted and peppered chops then covered with sauce. Baked 20 mins covered with foil, uncovered fliped chops and baked another 20 min. The chops I used were thin. They turned out wonderful! My kid sister is 6 and picky, she ate a whole pork chop! Every one around the table was mmmm-mmmming :)
