Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I skipped the cloves because I'm not a big fan of spicy pumpkin flavors. After tasting them, I think I'll also cut the nutmeg in half in the future. However, aside from the slight spice change, this recipe was wonderful and definitely better the next day. I made mine into 3 dozen muffins (350 degrees for about 20 minutes), and they were still moist and delicious after 6 days.
