Decadent Pumpkin Muffins
Delicious! The only thing I changed was I used Egg Beaters instead of real eggs, and these are so yummy! I put some cream cheese icing on top just for fun.

Baked Pesto Chicken
Delicious! My hubby doesn't like tomatoes so I put roasted red peppers in their place and it was delicious! I also threw a little olive oil on the chicken breasts, this helped keep them moist. This will become a regular on our rotation!
