Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
This was very good. I also only used 2 cans of chilis and added black beans to the recipe. I was unable to find frozen onions and peppers, so I found the corn in the freezer section w/ those included and added them at the end. It worked perfect.

Steak Pie
This recipe was fantastic, a hit in my house. I also used the store bought frozen pie crust and added canned diced potatoes.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
This sounded like a very good recipe, but I really didn't get the garlic taste and they turned out somewhat soggy. I believe that my grease wasn't hot enough because I tried to do in a regular fry pan instead of an actual griddle w/ temperature control.
