Southern Peach Cobbler
I've read several of the reviews for this recipe. Although it was pretty good, I'd rate it more like a 3. It reminded me of canned peaches - perhaps because you pre-bake the peaches first. I prefer mine peaches a bit on the fresh-side, not so soggy and mushy. I used fresh, ripe peaches from my No. Cal. peach tree. I'll try another recipe next time.
