Basic Baked Spaghetti
This was the first recipe on this site with a 4.5 star rating by so many members that I was actually disappointed in. I doctored up the meat, but still it came out bland and dry. Will not make this again.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
FANTASTIC! I broiled two boneless chicken breasts, used Del Monte Zesty Chili Style diced tomatoes (I was out of RoTel), used 1 can chicken broth and 1 can cream of chicken, added black olives, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and green chilis, omitted the corn since I didn't have it on-hand. Threw it in the crockpot for several hours and served it with cornbread. My husband and I both went nutso over it! Great recipe and so easy to throw together! Will be a staple in our home!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Made this a couple of times and people love it. I cut the sugar quite a bit because I prefer more natural sweetness. When you run out of chips you can slather the fruit on some vanilla ice cream. Yum!
