Usually before I have any company for dinner, I ALWAYS try the recipe FIRST -sticking to the cook what cha know tastes good philosophy. Unexpectedly, my father was in town, whom I must mention, has become a total food snob in his older years. With work, 2 children, and a London Broil in the fridge and having all of the required ingredients I took the risk and tried this recipe. It was AWESOME! My father still talks about how tender the London Broil was and my husband and children request it often. The only variation from the original recipe was (as a reviewer suggested) I added the 1 T red wine vinegar and 1 T Worces. Sauce and to make the use of condensed soup not noticeable at all, 1 hour before serving I sliced a pack of fresh mushrooms right into the crockpot. YUM! I served with mashed potato and salad.
