Cookies, Easter breakfast is a must in our family. Fish, eggs and other holiday foods in various ways are always presented. It's one of the fanciest meals we have all year. The only thing that compares close to it is Christmas Eve - traditionally it's supposed to be 12 dishes, but we never get even close to that many. It took me a while to get eggs benedict just right, I think my husband and I put on a few pounds while we were perfecting it. Now either one of us can whip it up no problem. When I was starting out I would always forget to salt the potatoes, and I would always burn something. Even now, I occasionally forget something, unfortunately it's usually the crucial ingredient. Kind of like going to the store to buy milk, buying tonnes of stuff and coming home forgetting to get the milk.
