Turkey Pot Pie II
The pot pie was okay. For a healthier pie, I used filo dough for the top crust.The pie itself was another story, although it tasted good, it's not something I would boast to be the best. There are a lot of things that could have improved this pie, such as a creamier, thicker sauce, a little more flavor, and maybe something to make the crust a little less bland. Overall, it was exceptional, it doesn't go the whole mile, but it gets the job done.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
I made this for my family and they absolutely loved it! They ate it cold for breakfast the next morning and had me make it for them again that night. They even had me make a double batch for a beach party a week later. By the way don't add the butter in too soon because the cold milk will re solidify it very quickly

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheesecake is great! I made it with my friend, and we couldn't wait for it to chill, so we ate it warm. It was definitely worth it! By the way, You use 15 full graham crackers ( a whole package) and you break them into quarters before pulverizing.
