I prepared this recipe initially for dinner and served it over lightly sauted pork chops. The strawberry sauce was exotic and distinctly asian in flavor, and I have since had many repeat requests for this dish. This sauce makes for a great dipping sauce for chicken tenders or anytime you wish to spice things up. With a side dish of rice, you are sure to be thrilled with the overall results.

For the newly married cook, this pork chop recipe is fabulous!! I grew up with my mom simmering pork chops for hours, and in the end, they had a beefy flavor. I was convinced that all pork chops weren't for me. This recipe is so easy to make, and it looks very chic in a dish - with the honey-pecan sauce on top. When you taste it for the first time, it is a "wow" moment. I wish everything I cook could be met with this much awe and delight by my husband. Thank you Karena!
